 ·         Registration requirements - Social Security cards for everyone.  Photo Id and proof of income for everyone 18 and older.  Birth Certificates for anyone under 18. Proof of Jackson residency.

·         Proof of Jackson residency is require for anyone over 18 at each distribution

·         Wednesday distribution is for residents 60 years old and older or disabled clients only – no exceptions please

·         Clients should not arrive before 4:00PM – US Mail required for all 18+ every month

* HOLIDAY DISTRIBTION – ONE WEEK EARLY

Next Stocking & Distribution Times

Please bring appropriate paperwork for registration, proper ID, utility bills, etc.

Each Client must sign in "in person" and are not allowed to sign in for others or get others' numbers.

If picking up food for someone else, a written and signed note by that client is required. This note MUST be handed in @ sign-in.

Door sign-in begins at 4:15 PM and Distribution of food begins at 5:00 PM

CLIENTS ARE NOT TO ENTER THE DPW PARKING LOT BEFORE 4:00PM
