To Clients & Volunteers,

The Sorting/Stocking of the pantry is scheduled for Tuesday May 25

Distribution for Wednesday May 26 Senior and Disable Clients only

Thursday May 27  Regular Distribution

Sorting/Stocking May 25

Food Delivery - the truck arrives around  9:00 A.M. 
 
Offloading of the pallets, counting the cartons, freezer and refrigeration, etc.; makeing up Shopping Bags for USDA Pre-bagging & Stocking

9:00 AM - 12:00PM ***Sign up in advance for this time***

Sorting/Stocking of the food and the shelves -12:00 PM - 4:00PM 

 
High School Kids - for the pre-bagging of the USDA and STATE  food 2:15 - 3:30 P.M.
 

Distribution  May 26 (Seniors & Disabled) and May 27 (all other clients)

The Pantry is open for clients to check in beginning at 4:15PM.

Numbers will be handed out at the parking lot entrance at exactly 4:00PM anyone arriving before 4:00PM will NOT be given a number until 4:30PM 

Distribution of food begins at 5:00PM- 6:30 PM 
 
 
Volunteer Shifts are available  4:45PM - 6:45PM for Wednesday and 4:45PM - 7:15 on Thursday

Please email your contact information to Director@JacksonFoodPanty.com all volunteers will be emailed 10 -12 days prior to distribution, sign ups are on a first come basis
